Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we take utmost care in packaging and quality checks, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Your order number
Clear images of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges, including for reasons such as change of preference, color selection, or personal expectations.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
